Our afterschool program is designed for children ages 4 to 12. We offer age-appropriate classes for younger kids as well as more advanced training for older students.

Schedule and Availability

Our afterschool program runs Monday through Friday from 1:45 to 6:00 pm, aligned with school dismissal times. Children must be picked up by 6:00 each day.

Yes! We offer options for part-time attendance, so your child can come on specific days each week however our weekly tuition option is typically the most cost-effective option. Please contact us to set up a customized schedule.

Yes, we offer special programs during school breaks and summer months, including full-day camps that focus on martial arts training, character building, and fun activities.

Classes and Training

Students will learn the basics of martial arts, including self-defense techniques, discipline, respect, and focus. They will also build strength, coordination, and confidence while having fun in a structured environment.

Our program primarily focuses onAmerican Freestyle Karate, American Kickboxing, Judo, Jujutsu, Wrestling, and Muay Thai, but we incorporate elements of other disciplines to give students a well-rounded martial arts experience.

We recommend comfortable athletic wear for your child to start. Once enrolled, your child will receive a t-shirt and belt.

Students have the opportunity to test for new belts based on their progress and skill development. Testing is held at regular intervals, and we send out notifications about upcoming tests so you can prepare.
